Don t mix the non skid until you are finished with the two coats on the floor. Most reputable trailer manufacturers use a trailer specific osb 3 4 board. Two component stuff is great super durable. This is the reason we always used white epoxy paint on hanger floors.

Just a suggestion but make the floor a light color so you get lots of reflected light while working in the trailer. I would check with your local paint store about a two part epoxy that will work over wood. So it had built in qualities to make it last. I chose an enamel floor paint for the floor and added a pr.
